We recognise that good communication is essential for parents, staff and committee. Parents can of course mention any concerns before or after sessions. Please make an appointment to discuss issues privately or more fully. Supervisors can be emailed directly on email@example.com
We utilise a range of channels to communicate:
Email – We use email as our preferred method of communication, please ensure we have your current email address.
Parent Secretary – when your child starts Preschool, our parent secretary will make contact to introduce you to other parents and answer any queries you may have. New parents will also be invited to a ‘new parents evening’, normally planned for the start of the new term. Please also feel free to speak to staff or committee members.
Children’s displays – please come in and look the children’s artwork and photos of activities.
Children’s Art Gallery – you’ve found our website but have you seen the children’s works of art?
Look what I’ve been doing! and I’m interested in…
Please complete these sheets with your children so they can give them to their key person to talk about what adventures they’ve been having and what their current interests are.
Print and complete the sheets by sticking on photos or using cuttings from magazines; the children can draw pictures or you can help them to write words. Your child is welcome to bring in a sheet as often as they like.
Weekly newsletter – emailed every week, to update you on Pre-School news.
Hard copy letters – for specific matters such as trips, each child will receive an individual letter.
Feedback – an online questionnaire is emailed at the end of the summer term. However, we welcome feedback throughout the year: please do not hesitate to speak to a member of staff or one of the co-chairs. Or, if you would prefer email the chairs:

Complaints – we anticipate that most concerns will be resolved quickly after speaking to a Pre-School supervisor or Co-Chair. However, if you would like to make a complaint in writing we have provided this form to ensure your concerns are dealt with swiftly and provide a satisfactory outcome. Complaint form 2015
